Dr. Amy Horn earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a focus that would define her entire career: the relationship between the nervous system, the spine, and the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal. From the very beginning, she was drawn to the patients that conventional medicine often couldn’t explain, the babies with colic that wouldn’t resolve, the kids who couldn’t sleep, the moms whose pregnancies were harder than they should have been.
That curiosity led her to pursue advanced training in the techniques and modalities that became the foundation of Abundant Health Chiropractic.

Dr. Horn’s touch with newborns is extraordinarily gentle, think the pressure of a fingertip, not a crack. She has worked with hundreds of infants struggling with feeding difficulties, colic, reflux, torticollis, and disrupted sleep, and families regularly describe her as a “miracle worker,” though she’d tell you the miracle is just a nervous system finally free to do its job. One of only a handful of chiropractors in the St. Louis area with formal CST certification, Dr. Horn uses this gentle, hands-on technique to release tension in the craniosacral system, particularly effective for babies after difficult births, forceps or vacuum delivery, or C-section.
