Imperial sits just south of Arnold along I-55, making Abundant Health one of the most accessible specialty chiropractic practices in the area. Many of our Imperial patients are families with young children looking for neurologically-focused pediatric care that isn’t available at a standard chiropractic office. The drive is typically 10 minutes or less.
Oakville families in south St. Louis County have found Abundant Health to be a natural fit, close enough for regular appointments, specialized enough to be worth the trip. Drive time from Oakville is typically 20 to 25 minutes via I-55 or Telegraph Road.
Murphy, tucked between Arnold and Fenton, is one of our most convenient neighboring communities. Families from Murphy can reach our Jeffco Blvd office in about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. We also serve nearby Fenton families, just up I-55 from our Arnold office.

Barnhart is one of our core Jefferson County communities, and many families from this area have been with our practice for years. The drive from Barnhart to our Arnold office is typically 10 to 15 minutes via Jeffco Blvd directly.
