Abundant Health Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Amy Horn with a clear and personal conviction: the body has an incredible capacity to heal, when the nervous system is free to do its job.
Dr. Horn opened this practice in Arnold, MO over 18 years ago because she saw a gap. Families were shuffling from specialist to specialist, getting diagnoses without answers and prescriptions without resolution. She wanted to offer something different: a practice where the root cause actually mattered.
Today, that mission is shared by Dr. Caitlin Cross, a brilliant, deeply trained doctor who chose this specialty because she believes what we believe. Your child’s health is not a mystery to be managed. It’s a problem to be solved.
